We read every message.
Email [email protected] and we’ll normally reply within two business days. Including your iOS version and the app version — shown at the bottom of Settings inside the app — usually saves a round trip.
Subscriptions
How do I cancel?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple, not by us. On your iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Chatbot PGG → Cancel Subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends, otherwise it renews. You keep access until the end of the period you’ve already paid for.
Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
How do I get a refund?
Apple handles all refunds. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com with the Apple ID used for the purchase. We have no ability to issue refunds ourselves.
I paid but Pro isn’t active
Open Settings → Restore Purchases in the app while signed in with the Apple ID that made the purchase. If it still doesn’t unlock, email us — mention which plan you bought and roughly when.
Why did I get charged $9.99 instead of $3.99?
The introductory weekly price applies once per Apple ID. If that Apple ID has used it before, the standard price applies from the start. Eligibility is determined by Apple, and the app shows the real price before you confirm.
Using the app
The app says I’ve reached my daily limit
Without a subscription you get 10 messages a day. The counter resets at midnight in your local time zone. Ten of the thirty models remain available on the free tier.
Voice chat won’t connect
Voice needs microphone permission and a working network connection. Check Settings → Chatbot PGG → Microphone on your device. If you’re on a restrictive network (some corporate or school Wi-Fi), the real-time connection can be blocked — try cellular.
It answered in the wrong language
The model follows the language of your most recent message. Write one line in the language you want and it will switch. For voice, the app uses your device language as a hint.
How do I delete my chat history?
Long-press a conversation in the sidebar to delete it. To remove everything, delete the app — the history is stored on your device, so it goes with it. See the Privacy Policy for what, if anything, we hold on our side.
Can I use it on iPad, Android or the web?
Not yet. Chatbot PGG is an iPhone app for now.
Reporting a problem
If a model produced something harmful or clearly wrong, send us the prompt and the reply. We can’t retrieve it ourselves — we don’t store conversations — so a copy from your side is the only way we can look into it.
